The purchased goods are sent from 1 to 5 days /during busy period/ upon receiving the order and delivered with DHL Express or Deutsche Post to your door unless otherwise stated. Deliveries can take from 1 to 3 days depending on your location when sent with DHL Express.
L’EICNECRA provides Express DHL delivery /2-5 business days/ and free worldwide standard DHL & Deutsche Post trackable delivery, which will take 3-5 business days for EU, 10-12 business days for USA&Canada.
The shipments are made during the business days – from Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM. We ship to almost any country in the world. The shipment time frame begins with the placing of the order at the courier agency. Keep in mind that some countries may have limitations for delivering certain elements and L’EICNECRA isn’t responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the information of the order and a delivery tracking code as well as a link to see your item location and progress.
VAT Included: Custom Taxes & duties are included (outside European Union):
L’EICNÉCRA focuses on providing more than satisfactory care; all taxes & duties are part of the items’ prices. Custom duties, taxes or fees are included in the state’s prices for all countries outside European Union. In case, for any reason taxes or fees are applied to your delivery parcel, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the ordered item wasn’t shipped successfully, due to incorrect or inaccurate information, provided by the customer (name, contact number, address, etc.) or if the customer refuses to/does not accept the shipment, the shipping fee is still at the expense of the customer. We will keep the sum for the shipping expenses (the returning of the product as well) from the total order sum.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want all our customers to receive the best service possible and to be fully satisfied with their experience at L’EICNECRA. If for any reason you are not happy with the delivered goods, you have the right to return or exchange the purchased items within 14 days after the arrival of the goods. The items must be returned in the original condition and state as the way they were received. The exchanges are free of charge. The cost of return will be withdrawn from your refund. 3. When we receive and examine the items, we will process any further steps /exchanges or returns/.
